Sales and Marketing

Ian Fenwick, Sales.

Ian has been selling telecommunications equipment, services and lines for well over a decade. The wealth of experience Ian has gained in the industry, makes him well equipped to fulfil any customer’s requirements and ensure they are supplied with the correct equipment and services to meet their needs. 

Within the companies Ian worked for it has become apparent that his grade of salesmanship is of the highest calibre. The many certificates of sales achievements are displayed in the Chain head office today, including top salesman in the UK for 18 consecutive months.

When not working Ian enjoys spending time with his family on his farm, keeping fit and playing football. Ian is Chairman of Watersfield football club who Chain sponsor. He is also training for the London Triathlon in August to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

Kim Fenwick, Sales and Marketing.

Kim entered the telecommunications industry in 1998, having worked within sales & marketing for the past 20 years. In this time she has covered most roles and now actively works with major accounts and marketing strategy.

Kim enjoys holidays, fine dining and spending time with her family and friends.

Gemma Cooper, Sales.

Gemma began her career with Chain Telecom in October 2007 upon completing her studies at university and after a break from having her daughter. Gemma’s key responsibilities involve dealing with account enquiries and ensuring that they are dealt with in an efficient manner.

In her spare time, Gemma enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.

Rebecca Novis, Sales.

Rebecca has been with the company since July 2001 and has taken on many positions. Starting in administration and then spending many years as Billing Manager, before leaving for a short while to have her first child. After returning part time from maternity leave Rebecca has taken up the position of Account Manager and deals with incoming customer enquiries.

When not at work Rebecca spends time with her husband and son and enjoys socialising with friends and family.

Customer Services

Hollie Puttock, Customer Service.

Hollie has been with the company since December 2001 and has progressed through different departments and enjoys the technical aspect of telecommunications and is also our office manager. Hollie specialises in configuring system installations and also coordinates ongoing maintenance on all of our systems. Hollie manages several of our larger customers accounts.

Hollie is a wakeboard enthusiast and also enjoys snowboarding.

Angela Ford, Customer Service and Technical Support.

Angela joined the company in February 2009. She is the main point contact, dealing with enquiries, amongst many other varied roles. Angela offers support to our Billing Manager and deals with office administration. Her key responsibilities include fault resolution and service provision.

In her spare time, Angela enjoys catching up with friends and spending time with her family.

Jason Wickens, Billing and Technical Support.

Jason has been in the Telecoms industry since 2001 and has extensive knowledge of Telecommunication and Network solutions. Jason’s key responsibilities are to supervise Service Provision and Service Continuity for our Clients and Chain Telecoms internal systems including our advanced Billing and Invoice Platform. 

Jason spends his spare time sailing and listening to live music.

Toby Reuben, System Engineer.

Toby has been working with the company for over 10 years. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the installation and maintenance of our systems. Toby is an invaluable member of our team with excellent customer relations skills.

We don't know what Toby does in his spare time, he won't tell us!

Accounts

Jay Tann, Finance.

Jay was appointed as Finance Director in April 2007. His expertise focuses upon cost accounting and management which was gained through over twenty years experience working for public and privately listed companies. The knowledge that has been acquired by Jay, coupled with his business acumen, ensures our steady, sustainable growth rate.

Jay is a keen aquatic diver and enjoys spending time on his boat in France.
